Makaibari has a history of producing one of the worlds finest teas from 155 years. A unique system of sustainable holistic agricultural practices embraces the highest standards of organics, biodynamic and permaculture initiatives.
We dream that our teas can transmit the magical Harmony of Darjeeling and of Makaibari: the high valleys and biodiversity, the oldest tea factory in the world, the bushes on steep slopes, their awakening at first spring storms, the silent unending growth of the rainforest, mists moving in monsoon time, lightening in the storms, unforgettable sunsets looking towards Nepal.

We are group of Tea Enthusiasts who know a thing or two about the lifecycle of tea. Our passion for tea originated when we were touring the Darjeeling and nearby areas. Our keen interest and background in Sustainable Agricultural practices got us to form Tealuscious.
